job hunting @ 3:42 PM

went for the career fair at suntec on saturday with my mum. got her to accompany me cuz most of my friends have either found a job or aren't looking for one, and i thought she'd be able to offer me some advice.

submitted my resume for a position, but not sure if i'd get shortlisted, much less get the job. so i'm kinda looking into civil service. haha.. not surprising i guess. but perhaps not what most of you would expect. still can't decide what i really want. getting the position i applied for would be good. haha. cuz then i wouldn't have to decide.

the job agency i signed up at called to ask if i was interested in taking up a customer service job at the learning lab. i told her i don't mind, but i really don't think it's something i want to do forever. anyway i'm supposed to get a call for a telephone interview before going down for the second round of interviews. considering it's strictly no singlish, i may not even get past the first round. haha.
