brought some of my kids to bintan for an adventure camp last week. don't know what to say. i shall let the pictures speak for themselves.

some of the kids in a net. did an activity called boom-netting. basically jumping off a slow moving ship into a net attached to the ship.

this was an activity i quite badly wanted to try but unfortunately i didn't participate in any activities after the 1st day, after i climbed a coconut tree. i didn't do it for fun, it was part of the activities they had. ended up with a huge blister on my foot which burst and bled a little and abrasion wounds on both my arms. the blister rendered me literally lame for the rest of the trip. freshwater during bath time hurt and i wasn't about to try salt water.

the orphans at the orphanage we visited. got them some stationery and sweets. sweet kids =)
