mail & hair cuts @ 11:49 PM

think we've all been receivers - people who've experienced opening our mailboxes and finding an unexpected letter/card/postcard from a close friend. it's kinda hard to describe that feeling huh? shocked, surprised, delighted.. perhaps. i'm usually all of that, but more importantly, i get this feeling that i'm remembered, thought of and am worth someone's time - writing mail really does take quite a bit of time if you're really sincere about it and want to make it the perfect card/letter.

as for the sender, what made them set out to write that card/letter? seriously, i can't think of any other reason other than because he/she knows what it's like to be a receiver, to make someone's day a little brighter.

think i'll go through some of my mails soon. hehe

anyway, had my hair cut today. finally gave up on growing it out cuz it's simply too much work to manage it and it's really messy. don't think i'm suited for long hair. so yes.. i've decided to just be me.
