artistically inclined! @ 7:34 PM

today was geog paper 1 - MCQ. was a rather short paper. spent the time trying the questions minus the map reading part. paper was do-able.

was also assigned to relief the main invigilator for econs cuz they forgot to assign one earlier. tried the MCQs, some were easy and others a little tough for me, despite having done A level econs and econs minor. oops. i think i forgot most of my work. probably need some recap before i can do those tougher ones. but i enjoyed econs. so no regrets there =)

got to do art invigilation!!! can't describe the feeling of being in the art room after so many years. it used to be such a frightful place for most sec 1s and 2s cuz the art teacher - ms ong was so strict! she's a nice person, really. just very, or rather too particular about art. anyway the teacher in-charge of art now was really nice. she let me use the computer there, said i could chat or surf the net, cuz there were only 5 students doing art at sec 3 and it's not like they could cheat. she even offered me art materials so i could paint!!! but i turned down her offer. i know my standard when it comes to art. but i took up the offer to use the computer. hehe. the best, or worse part is that the monitor faces the class! so if the students tried to see what i was doing they could have! and i was chatting!!! oops.

anyway the girls doing art are sooo artistically inclined. i could and can never come up with anything close. and there was a set triplets! debra, denise & desiree. so cute. apparently all 3 are very good at art and lit. so pro.

had a nice chat with the art teacher. she's really friendly and nice. thanks for making my day! though you'll probably never know or expect how much fun i had this invigilation. haha. 2 other teachers also came into the art room. the art teacher said she's making them paint to destress. haha. only 1 painted though. but it was soooo nice! it's a painting of a flower, carnation i think on one of those small canvas thingy mounted on a wooden frame. i didn't even know that teacher could paint, and she did it so well!

had my first interview today. didn't think it went well, but i'm perfectly fine with it cuz i don't think i want the position. don't ask me why i applied for it, cuz i don't know the reason either. must be one of those act on impulse moments.

feeling kinda under the weather. i wonder if it's the haze or my eating habits. oops.
