the story of a smile @ 11:20 PM

the story of a smile

once there was a smile which came from the heart
it loved life
it was carefree
it was one who burst with an almost contagious cheerfulness

then something happened
the smile became worried
it was weighted
it no longer brought smiles to others

what held the smile down didn't go away
the smile got lost on its journey
a cloud constantly hung over it
it hid itself and didn't want to be found

then one day a group of smiles stumbled upon this smile
and dug it up
seeing the group of smiles
the smile could not help but smile back

the smile now smiles again
it knows it is what the other smiles want for it
it smiles because inspite of everything and itself
it is loved

the smile wants to say so very much
but knows not where to start
it hopes that for now
the words "i love you too" would suffice
