nasty sprain? @ 12:46 AM

it's only in the past 1 day or so that i realised that my left hand is actually quite used. the "things" we take for granted =x

now to shampoo i bring my head to my hands and not my hands to my head. my left arm has also been more or less permanently stuck to me for the past 1 day. was tempted to put it in a sling but i decided i rather deal with the eh.. slight pain and discomfort than the attention a sling will get me.

applied the oilment about twice le. doesn't seem to help. looks like i'll need to see a chinese sin-sei later.

sheesh. all these because i was clumsy and half asleep on a wet morning. *slaps myself*
