a post made possible by caffeine @ 11:55 PM

after 2 cups of coffee and a cup of tea today, guess it's no surprise that my eyes aren't all that tired even though mentally and emotionally, i feel totally drained. so many things going on at work these past months. things which are making me think twice about being in this line for longer than my bond would keep me.

guess most of my close friends can't really see me in any other line. or should i say, most of them see me being in this line like forever. i don't really know either. but like i've been telling some colleagues and family, maybe i'll go serve wanton noodles in US after my bond. physically it'll be tiring, but i had always to start a small business on my own.. food related. more than that, i just wanna make enough right now to let my grandma have the best she can have for her remaining years. frankly, i don't see my current job giving me enough in the next 5 years or so, to take her on a trip annually and cover the household expenditure.

well, it may sound irrational and silly. but right now, this is how i think i can best provide for the one person who has taken care of me all my life.

it's sad to see everyone so upset and stressed out at the retreat cum training today. the past 2 days of supposed hols have left me without the mental capacity and the willingness to touch anything related to work once i'm at home.

ok maybe not everything is attribute to work. my grandfather came close to death again. not sure if it's the 3rd or 4th time. that's why aunt rushed back from US a few week back. though my grandfather's okay now it wasn't a wasted trip as it allowed my grandma to get her coronary vessels broadened. thinking back it's really frightening... cuz it could have been her. imagine a 76 year old walking around with a b.p. of 241. that's like insane. got warded when she went for her checkup at CGH, which eventually led to the procedure. rushing from work to the hospital and all was to say the least tiring.

gosh.it's only mid-march.........
